About Us The Minnesota Hospital Quality Report is a web resource designed to support and help consumers, as well as providers, by making information available about the quality and safety of care in Minnesota hospitals. This resource was developed by the Minnesota Hospital Quality Partnership, which includes the Minnesota Hospital Association and Stratis Health, Minnesota’s Quality Improvement Organization. The Minnesota Hospital Quality Partnership is advised by the Joint Steering Committee, which provides counsel, sets direction and priorities and creates action plans for the partnership. The committee is made up of a variety of hospital leaders from around the state.
